DBD Structures has completed projects involving cast in place concrete, post-tensioned concrete, precast tilt-up concrete, structural steel, unreinforced brick, concrete block and heavy timber structural systems.

DBD Structures has a wide variety of tenant improvement project experience, ranging from high design offices for professional firms to carefully value engineered projects for expense-driven and emerging growth companies. We are sensitive and responsive to the different needs of building owners, building managers and tenants.

Our experience in the redevelopment of existing buildings includes elevator relocation and replacement, chiller plant/HVAC upgrades, roofing system replacement, exterior envelope and curtainwall repair and installation, ADA upgrades and electrical supply and distribution upgrades. Many of these projects have been completed in fully occupied buildings.

DBD Structures? portfolio of ground-up projects includes one and two story office and service/light industrial buildings ranging from 5,000 SF to 60,000 SF. In addition to our conventional construction experience, we are authorized dealers for Star manufactured steel building systems.
