As a Project Manager you will report to the Vice President, Operations and be directly involved in office preconstruction activities combined with on-site project management and supervision responsibilities. You will typically be assigned to between one and three projects, depending upon size, at any one time. You will have primary responsibility for customer satisfaction and the cost, quality, schedule and safety performance of projects under your management. Project Managers at DBD Structures are typically assigned to the project site during the course of construction. You will be assigned construction engineer and superintendent personnel as project size and complexity dictates.

As a Superintendent, you will report to the Project Manager and have primary responsibility for the jobsite management and coordination of our subcontractors. This position offers great potential for well-rounded technical and organizational career development.

As a Project Engineer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for all of the technical aspects of your assigned projects both on-site and in our offices. You will work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to assure conformance with Construction Documents and identify and solve technical problems prior to construction in the field. This position offers potential growth into a Project Management role with the Company.

As a Construction Engineer, you will report to the Project Manager and assist our Project Engineers and Superintendents with specific tasks on various projects, both on-site and in our offices. This position offers great potential for well-rounded technical development, operational growth and career advancement.
